Sent items as "unread"

Hi everyone!

Some of my users are experiencing an extrange issue. Random items on the sent folder appears as "unread" its a bug on the software of mailenable? or it is a produced by any other cause?.

We are using Mailenable Professional 8.51 Installed on Windows server R2.

The clients are using Microsoft Outlook 2007 and ussualy connect from iPad and smartphone.

I was trying to reproduce the issue on other PC with Outlook 2013 but all i see is the normal behaviour.

How can I resolve this? Anyone has experienced that?
