Bayesian filter updating

We have just installed v8 and are trying to get the bayesian filtering up and running. I have created the catchall/honeypot accounts and configured the spam/ham as per instructions but we do not receive a lot of spam to non valid addresses most goes to active mailboxes.

All clients are on pop3.

Can i get staff to forward spam to the catchall account to update the bayesian filter for spam?
