Autodiscover for Thunderbird and mobile clients

Hello,

I do have Autodiscover enabled and works fine with Outlook but it doesn't work at all with Thunderbird or Gmail app. I'm trying to figure it out how to configure Autodisover to work with Thunderbird, I've read that it doesn't have support for Microsoft autodiscover format but is there a way to configured it in order to work with Mozilla?
