Configure Permanent Blacklist of IP address from username abuse

I am sure interested in discovering a way to block IP addresses by username abuse, permanently. For example, in the attached screenshot, I would love to blacklist any IP address that attempts with a specific login with "info" or "user", etc.. It would eliminate blatant repeated bot phishing attempts and cut down severely on spam, as this use this as a means to see if our mail server is available to receive spam from the IP address. I cannot find away to do this in our current version 8.61. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
