We are running an EC2 instance and have successfully got mailenable to work with IMAP incoming, however we simply cannot get Mailenable to work with SMTP. We have tried anything. In our old mail server, which we have had to roll back to we use a relay function and the following settings.
SMTP Relay Host: email-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
SMTP Relay Port: 465
UN: ***
PW: ***
SSL Mode: TLS v1.0
We have no problems. However, when we try to mirror those we cannot get it to work. Any thoughts would be appreciated as we do like the overall functionality of the product itself better than our old mail server.
