some option is not working in webmail

i am using your webmail. there i find below option but it is not working. so plz. tell me how it works??

Without knowing more (and I don't use this option for the reasons I will list) I can tell you this probably is not ME's fault. Read notification is part of the POP and SMTP standard but does not have to be adhered to by the client. If the receiving system does not send back a read notification after ME rquests it via your option, you won't know. Personally I never send back read receipts, they tend to get used by spammers.
