Hi,
ME Enterprise 10.24. IMAP service stops on its own within a few minutes (the longest I've seen is 2 hours before service stops). I have to manually restart it each time.
Any idea what I should check to fix this?

Please submit a support ticket via the link below under the category of "Upgrade" (free submission) for a managed response. We will require access to the server via RDP or Teamviewer to review the relevant IMAP log files and Windows event log in more detail.
