Message Headers

Post by willdashwood » Wed Oct 23, 2019 12:34 pm

Hello,

With EXIM on cPanel, we get specific information in the headers of all emails sent with regards to the username/script used to authenticate. For example:

X-PHP-Script: domain.com/index.php for 123.123.123.123
X-PHP-Originating-Script: 1549:class.phpmailer.php
X-AuthUser: username
X-AntiAbuse: This header was added to track abuse, please include it with any abuse report
X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - hostname.domain.com
X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - domain.com
X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [1549 992] / [47 12]
X-AntiAbuse: Sender Address Domain - domain.com
X-Get-Message-Sender-Via: tangerine.ukhost4u.com: authenticated_id: username/from_h
X-Authenticated-Sender: hostname.domain.om: email@domain.com

I have seen this old post from 2001 - https://www.mailenable.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=361 - but I wonder if things have moved on since then? We're using MailEnable Professional 10.28.

Thanks!
