Hello, I'm using MailEnable (10.25) on a Windows Server 2012 VPS for a long time. It was working fine until today I opened Outlook (2010) on my PC and it started to download my complete inbox (I'm using POP3), so I checked my webmail and the whole inbox was marked as unread
The first workaround was to close Outlook and mark all as unread from webmail, but what could have happened?

Hi,
Most likely an index file corruption. There has been many fixes and updates to MailEnable core services since 10.25 and it would ideal upgrading first to see if this fixes your problems.
