It is anyway that I can setup a different skin per domain. I mean a different graphic design per post office in Webmail?

We're working on being able to do this through the administration program. If you have multiple domains in IIS that you want to have a different setting for, then just copy the Mail Enable\bin\webmail directory to another directory (say webmail2) and set the virtual directory in IIS for your domain to point to this new directory. The directory is only about 500k in size including all the graphics.
