reverse DNS blacklisting and authenticated senders

Does Mail enable have a setting to allow authenticated SMTP senders to send even if they are found on a reverse dns blacklist or are otherwise blacklisted?

What is the current default behaviour if an authenticated user "inherits" a blacklisted IP address, but then wants to send email through our server?
