How someone obbliged to use mailenable can get help?

Hi,
my host has installed MailEnable, but sometimes it has a very strange behaviour, which I've explained to my board manager, I didn't get any serious help.

Where can I get help to fix my problem (I didn't choose MailEnable, but my host did!).

I've sent the following message to "MailEnable Professional & Webmail" forum. Is that the right place?

Hi,
my host has installed MailEnable, but sometimes it has a curiose behaviour!
When I log in correctly it redirect me to

http://..../MEWebMail/base/default/lang/EN/default.asp?languageID=

and it isn't able to reach the page.

If I, after the login, take of the "LanguageID=", it works correctly.

I tried to explain that to my host, but they insist telling me that the problem is mine (my IE configuration).

Can you help me fix the problem?
