Apologies for all of the questions at once, we just are in a scramble to get business back on track.
Our server had a ton of spam sent through it and since then we have not been able to send to major email providers, I've heard its a 48 hour wait time but has anyone else experienced this and was that the case?
If this continues, does changing the ip resolve the issue or is it domain and ip based?
As well, I have checked the blacklist of the ip and nothing comes back as blacklisted but they don't show the accounts above.
Is there any way to see a daily relay count report of some kind to monitor the number a day?
Most emails in the outgoing smtp queue state : the socket connection to the remote host failed, but only to those accounts but logs show success.
