Changes to the Calendar - Grid

I have a customer that is evaluating the webmail. The customer books their services in 15 minute blocks of time. Currently the grid is displayed in two 30 minute blocks per hour. Can a feature be added, so that the grid can be changed to different blocks of time? I think that 10, 15, 20, and the current 30 minutes would be a good option.
