Hello ME Team
I have not set my webmail to use .NET 1.1 so that might be the cause of my problem but I am wondering if you have experienced this before.
Some of my customers are having an issue where when they login the webmail loading screen is all they see. The never make it to the actuall inbox.
I have tested and am able to login properly but they are not.
Any suggestions?

This looks like the same problem multitudes of other people are having.
Once the first login is made, subsequent logins will be fine.
It looks to me like a compilation problem of some sort.
Run a perfmon log and track the cpu usage of the iis worker processes and compare it with the time that a user complained of the problem.
I'm pretty sure you'll see a correlation between their complaint time and the time that the mailenable IIS worker process was chewing up 100% of one processor.

So does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this? I have clients that primarily use WebMail and are unable to access their email.
I have tried running MEInstaller.exe (or whatever it's called) to enable .Net 1.1 but that has not worked.

I changed my Webmail to run on .NET 1.1 but am still having the same problem.
I may be wrong but from what I have noticed, it happens usually on a large mailbox... IE it has many email's in it.
Does webmail try to preload any actual messages?

Best to lodge a support ticket and send through the account details that are giving you problems. We will need to see this occurring.

Have these accounts set their start up screen to contacts or calendar?
I had this issue. moving to 3.05 beta fixed the problem.
in order to fix it (temporarily) prior to 3.05, check this thread:

Re: Webmail hangs on loading screen (v3.04)
This issue still exists in version 9.53. Large mailboxes will not load in webmail. I'm again having a client with a 6GB mailbox who cannot use it in webmail.
