As I understand, the issue is that the senders server IP addresse is blocked in smtp access list. But I have looked all over the server after 88.91.199.52, and there is no listings. I have searched the smt-deny.tab in mailenable/config folder.
I have also searched the log file, but do not find any listings of this entry.
Do it help to whitelist the IP adresse?

You are correct that the IP is listed in the Access-Control deny tab of the SMTP service. This will prevent connection by the IP and drop connection with the Access Denied error.
You should check for the IP in the list again or in the database table if you are running a database backend store.
If you need to for the sake of testing then remove all the IPs from the file or rename the file to see if this allows access from the IP.

Hi
I've find this topic when I was searching the forum for "access denied".
So, wether it's completely related with this problem or not, I believe that my previous post may also have a solution to others who searches the forum for "access denied"
which is:
