Email got deleted while moving between folders

Hi,

We are using Mailenable Ent 6.50. We use Thunderbird email client to access our email via IMAP.

Today while moving the emails from inbox to other folder, emails seems to be deleted. They are not visible in Inbox not in new folder/

Request you to guide.

Hi,

Further to problem raised above, some mailbox are now showing all email in inbox as unread.

Please advise.

Are you able to reproduce this behavior? If so then I would suggest lodging a support ticket via the MailEnable website and providing the exact step son how to emulate the problem
