Translating Lightweight Text Editor

Hi,

I am improving a language right now. Just now I realized that after translating the entire en-EN.xml (by making a copy and renaming it to xx-XX language code) file which is in
"/Bin/NETWebMail/Mondo/Skins/Mongo/Editor/FreeTextBox/languages/" folder
and adding a line for the language code in "languages.xml" file didn't really work out. I restarted the app pool and webmail site from IIS but nothing has changed.

Then tried changing the en-EN.xml file to see if something is gonna change, but no luck with that either...

Can someone show me the right way to achieve my goal in translating the text editor?

OK... I guess I wasn't waiting for that, but thanks anyway...
Do you have any future plans to make the editor also translatable? Because, when localizing a project, all components should be considered. If one stays in english, localization is not finished.
I wish you have considered that.
