Inbox Sharing with date condition....

Hello guys,


I have an issue that, I have shared(read only) my inbox to some users who frequently need to access my inbox emails, through MailEnable Connector I have given them access to my ready only share inbox. But the problem is they can see all of the emails including last 2 years also.

What I want is that, I want to share(read only) my Inbox to some users, all the mails should reside in my inbox for 2 or 3 years, but the users who are accessing this share should see and access only last 6 months emails.

Kindly show me how to setup this one.

Hi,

There is no way to provide this type of sharing functionality in MailEnable. Its either read or write access. Improvements to sharing with additional permission settings maybe implemented in future releases of the product.
