Centralized System for Monitoring Users Email Conversation.

Hello Guys,


I have a big question for you, do you know/have any centralized system, which can monitor my all users email activity, I mean.

If a customer is sending inquiry to my user, then I want to see that when my user is replying to him or how often my user is interacting with the client.

I need a centralized Monitoring System for my all users, so that I can monitor their mail via conversation on a particular client.


If you have / can recommend the best one, then please let me know here soon.
