POP retrieval question

I have a client that uses the pop retrieval from a personal yahoo account. Is there a way to delete the email from the yahoo account once it's downloaded? I've already checked and I can't set a filter to purge any emails in Yahoo.

I use ME on VMware and when I move or rollback the VM, the pop account downloads all the email again, although it's already in the account. I suspect it's because the "Days to keep in history" is changed when I do this. I have it set to 60 days history, and POP new messages only.
