Sender address rejected: Access denied

Sender address rejected: Access denied

Hi,
We are using Mailenable Enterprise 6.84.

I have a problem when an email is received for an account that has set a redirection:

From: sender@yahoo.com or sender@gmail.com
To: internal@mydomain.com

The internal account is redirected to external@gmail.com

The sender receives the following error:
MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Recipient: [SMTP:external@gmail.com]
Reason: 554 5.7.1 <sender@yahoo.com>: Sender address rejected: Access denied

This happens only in forwarding case, when i send direct email from:
From: sender@yahoo.com or sender@gmail.com or internal@mydomain.com
To:external@gmail.com

It got it received.

I had read a post on your forum which was posted in year 2009 ME ver 3.6

I was wonder on the solution provided. I guess "Remail from mailbox address" option will regenerates the email from my server which sends the header details from my server, which i don't recommend.
