client ip blacklist problem

my mailenable enterprise server check sender person’s ip address beside server ip address in blacklist. If the person’s ip is in blacklist then it rejects the mail. I want it just check sender ip address not internet ip address. It ıs because it occurs serious problems.

An example for received error
sender (xxx@yahoo.com)

Remote host said:
554 The IP Address of the sender (98.139.213.55) was found in a DNS blacklist database and was therefore refused.
[RCPT_TO]


98.139.213.55 ip is the user’s personal ip
