So, I have a partner who uses ZIX secure email platform to send encrypted emails to me.
The way it should be working is, if they can make a TLS connection to my server, they send it in clear text, otherwise their gateway sends us a link and we have to log into their portal to retrieve the message.
I would like to ensure that we always have to log into their portal.
I am looking at my SMTP TLS settings and "use TLS" is unchecked.
Could they still be making a TLS connection to me?
