We use the ME Alerter but it keeps sending out far too many messages. Is there any way we can configure the threshold for alerts ourselves? Searching previous posts about this, I can see the config seems to be hardcoded into ME. We are on ME9.00, is this still the case, is there anything we can do to adjust the trigger settings?
