New mail not being picked up by ME connector

I am using the MailEnable connector on two different machines with outlook. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my phone and I have a bunch of unread emails and NEITHER of my computers are picking them up. They simply will not go get the new mail. Its just sitting out there.

Any ideas?
