Automatically Save as Draft on Timeout

Post by keith@vfsremote.com »

Hello,

We have had a few instances, where a webmail user is composing a message and they experience a session timeout. I have gone through and change some application pool settings as well as editing the web.config. Because of these instances and others like it, I was wondering if there was a way to have the message the users are working on save to draft if they experience a timeout.

Thank you,

We have the same issue with our users, I raised a suggest to Mailenable that a setting be put into webmail so that it will save all new messages being created to the drafts folder every 1 minute automatically just like other webmail platforms do.
