Mail Enable Web portal not displaying checkboxes for one account

I have one account that does not display correctly when the user logs in to it. I have already checked display cscaling on the machine and when I log in to a test account it displays correctly (so guessing not an issue with the local machines display).

The problem is that the checkboxes that appear next to the emails to select them are missing which makes it a real pain to select emails (ie holding ctral and manually selecting each, etc..)

Againg this is happening on just one account, the account has been in use a long time and I have no idea how long this has been going on.

Hi,

Does it happen when accessing the problematic mailbox in another browser on the same machine? Try emptying the browsers cache. You might want to also upgrade MailEnable to the latest version 8.61 to eliminate problems in 8.5 your running.
