My mailenable enterprise server is often showing SMTP binding error. IT fixes on reboot and again after a few hours gives binding error. What could be wrong with it. Please see screenshot

All IPs have been enabled for binding.
No emails go out until server rebooted when this error occurs
All other services are working fine
Stopping and restarting SMTP service doesnt solve the problem. Only reboot fixes it for a little while.

I see a license error as below, I don't understand because I have a valid license, what could be causing this

Another license error, but we dont use exchange. What is activesync?
