Hi,
I have a problem setting up BitDefender Endpoint Security as a resident AV scanner.
My system is WinSrv 2016, MailEnable 10.20 Enterprise, BitDefender Endpoint Security.
I have set up BitDefender to exclude "Queues" and "Config" folders from on-access scans.
When I send an email containing EICAR virus test attachment to my MailEnable account, I get a log entry:
01/14/19 10:01:47 Cleaned 680C6C0826DA45038C3CB8B89734B9DC.MAI SMTP MTAFILTER 0 "postofficename" "account@mymailenableserver.com" "IPaddress"
01/14/19 10:01:47 ->CleanupScratchArea:: [MTAFILTER] Could not remove directory C:\PROGRA~2\MAILEN~1\Scratch\680C6C0826DA45038C3CB8B89734B9DC.MAI (Error: 145)
The attachment gets deleted, but the folder "680C6C0826DA45038C3CB8B89734B9DC.MAI" remains in the "Scratch" folder.
What might be the cause of this?
