automatic "sync Directory" function

Hello everybody,

we want to implement MailEnable 10.23 and we would like to update the Directory for our Webmail Users frequently.
At the moment it looks like, that we can only update manually via "rightclick on Directory > Sync Directory to Mailboxes..." at our Post Office.

Are there possibilities for an automatic update every 2-4 hours? (Unknown Button, API, Script)

You only really need to do this once, if the mailboxes are not in the directory to start with. If you want all new mailboxes to be added to the directory when created you can set this as an option in the administration program. Right click the "Messaging Manager" icon in the treeview, select Properties from the popup menu and on the "Administration" tab there is a checkbox "Automatically add new mailboxes into directory". We don't have a way to do the sync outside of the admin program at the moment, but let me know if you still need this if the option is not appropriate for your needs.
