I just upgraded to ME Premium 10.30
I have a particular user unable to send to any user from our webmail
There is an error prompt that says "Not authorised to send email to attendees" when we try to test send any email
It only happens to this particular email
I checked there is no disable or any block settings from the user account profile
I tried logging in other user account to the same webmail of that PC, and able to send out properly
What causes the block?

This was a bug relating to case sensitivity which has been addressed for the next minor release.
