Autoresponder on retrieved POP-mails

Whenever a mail arrives the autoresponder is acting, but in case a new mail is retrieved by the POP Connector the autoresponder is not replying. The MTA says that the retrieved mail is delivered by the postmaster (i consider the postmaster is collecting retrieved POP-mails and distributing them to the mailboxes).
How can I enabled autorespond messages to retrieved mails too?

Note: Autorespond to any message is enabled.
