ME Backup and Restore Utilities

Hello,

I made attempts to use the ME backup and restore utilities but I was faced with the following issues:
1. I could not change the directory to backup to, I could only backup to the system drive while I wanted to backup to a different drive.
2. The utility freezes and the process didn`t get completed.

I need help on this very urgently.
