Windows Server 2019: Webmail not working

Hey guys,

I just installed myself a brand new Windows 2019 server where I want to run my own mailserver on. SMTP/IMAP works as intended, though I can't get the webmail to work. Both on the default domain as my own sites I installed the option, they all give a 404.3 error page
I think it's because the .aspx handler mappings are not available. The '.\aspnet_regiis -i' trick isn't available under server 2019, I did try reinstalling all ASP.NET already.

Any suggestion is welcome!

Are you able to log a support ticket via our support form below under the category of "Installation" (free) so that we can login and inspect why the installer has not enabled the relevant ASP.NET components.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your respons and sorry for my late response.
I tried raising a support ticket, though whatever option I try, it still asks me to pay for the "Class B (Standard): normal priority response (1 business day) - $80.00 USD" response.

I used the following settings at step 3:

Support Request Area: Installation Defect
Severity: Not Applicable
Priority: Class B (since I can't choose anything else except an Emergency response)

Update: I noticed that when I chose the Professional Edition as Server Product I do get the option for the free ticket. Since this is concerning a Standard installation, is that where it goes 'wrong'? Or is there a specific code I can put in there?

Just choose Professional as product and lodge as free under installation.

When I choose as Server Product: Professional, it gives me two options for the Registration Status:

- Evaluating, where I have to put in an Evaluation Code, and I don't have that.
- Registered, this allowes me to lodge it as free, but on the next page it states "Your submission indicated that you are registered however the e-mail address you submitted is not your registered e-mail address."

What am I overlooking?
