When I log into the account via Webmail ;
This page contains the following errors:
error on line 49 at column 13: Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding !
Bytes: 0xEF 0xBF 0xBE 0xEF
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
I get the error. How do I solve the problem? I installed the latest version of MailEnable but the problem was not solved.

Hi,
Does the error occur when you login to web mail via a brand new mailbox? Are there any Windows event log errors logged relating to the error? If the error only occurs for a specific mailbox then it will most likely be a message causing the problem. Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket via our support from and provide access to the mailbox and server to check further.
