Hi! I need help on how to solved Anti-Virus Scanning error using Sophos
Error scanning attachment - Command Line Scanner Process ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\sav32cli.exe" "C:\PROGRA~2\MAILEN~1\Scratch\0BE3C8~1.MAI\2.ATT" -s -nb -nc -archive) took too long and was terminated
I followed this documentation https://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020288 but still not working..
Already increased the value for the following MailEnable registry key process timeout to 60000
64 Bit Windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Agents\MTA\Filters
reduced MTA threads to 10 but that doesn't help

I'm having the same issue as well. I had to disable it for the time being until ME provides a solution.

Having the same issue with the ClamAV setup as well.
