Hello..
In webmail, right mouse on a mailbox or folder and selecting 'create folder' does exactly nothing.. no popup or no new folder.. just nothing..
tried on laptops en ipad, with chrome and edge.. but.. nothing.. also tried multiple different accounts, all with the same result..
using 'new folder' under the 'more' option also nothing..
any idea Ian?
Mailenable Pro 10.29, windows server 2019

Hi,
Try and access web mail locally on the server to see if exhibits the same behavior. If not then you may have firewall causing problems with the requests to the server.

Re: Cannot create folders in webmail
Hi Ian,
Thanks for the reply..
tried mewebmail.localhost and still nothing happens when trying to create a folder in webmail...
i fail to see why being able to do everything in webmail, but NOT create a folder relates to a firewall problem?
so.. the problem still exists..

Hi,
Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket via our support form below and provide access to the server so that a MailEnable technician can check in more detail.
