Outlook with MAPI Connector not downloading email

Hi there

I'm not receiving any emails in Outlook. I can receive emails on my phone and tablet but not Outlook with the MAPI Connector.

I'm running Outlook 2010 (64) with MAPI connector 1.43 (64).

Had to delete and reinstall account to get it going again.

And now it's broken again. sigh...

ME connector is very slow and now it doesn't download email.

I don't know if this will help, but we are in the middle of a large migration to Enterprise Plus and found that even on Windows 7 - 64-Bit with Office 2010 we needed to use the 32-Bit MAPI Connector (could it be that the Mail control Panel applet is 32-bit?). Might help. Although we CONTINUE to have some syncronization issues on users with mail arriving in Outlook a day late (or not arriving until Outlook is closed and re-opened). Seems like the MAPI connector is very temperamental.

I tried installing ME Connector (32) but it wouldn't load with Outlook.

I've removed the connector and gone to IMAP for now which kinda sucks but at least Outlook is fast again.

We continue to have "peculiar" symptoms with the MAPI Connector, but there is something that I have done which has made a difference. This particular account uses an anti-virus application (AVG) which scans eMail via an internal phantom IMAP/POP Server. I disabled that and things "seem" much better....at least for now. The A/V folks said that the resident shield should protect against attachments any way, so disabling the Inbound/Outbound may not limit protection dramatically.

Just something you all may want to look at if you haven't already.

We are having the same issue. MAPI connector is being very temperamental and it is becoming very annoying.

It works fine for a while then stops downloading emails. The calendar and tasks are syncing fine but not the emails. We had to remove the account and reinstall it. It worked for a few days and stopped syncing again.

We are using the MAPI connector 32Bit with Outlook 2013 32Bit and Windows 7 (32Bit).

If we switch to IMAP, everything works fine but then how do we access the shared calendar from other users?

This is very frustrating.

Had to revert to basic IMAP to get mail working on Enterprise Premium os TS server 2008R2 with Office 2013 Pro plus.

MAPI wouldnt work at all.

in outlook 2007 i didn't se any problem about this.
just i saw some mail (for example from bank) not show and not download.
in webmail you can se but in outlook you can't see.

help..
