When using a client that connects to MailEnable via IMAP it happens that when a user moves a message from their Inbox to a different IMAP folder, the message is moved but becomes completely empty. The "from" fields, "subject" fields as well as the message content just appears as blank. This happens to different users who use different mail clients so I don't think it's the case of just one user using incorrect settings on their client or using some non-standard mail client. The problem is too widespread for that.
This problem causes users to lose mails as they are moving mails from their Inbox to a different folder; the mail is moved out of the inbox to the other folder, but when they try to view the message there it is blank.
What could be causing this?
