Dear Supports,
I have an existing Mailenable Server but due to some network issue sometimes we encounter problem accessing the Email Server and users are affected by this. I'm considering setting up a MX Level backup Server to be setup on our remote office but this is what are planning to setup:
1. Setup a Linux box, running on qmail as a backup/secondary MX Server.
2. When primary Server is down, users should still be able to access their email via backup/secondary MX Server by pointing even via webmail.
Is there any alternative solution you can recommend for me aside from doing setup above?
Regards,
Malvin
