web base email not working

Hi,
My email account rabail@yap.org.pk access via webmail.yap.org.pk not working , it says authentication failed message unknown or disabled user . I tried to change password from c-penal but it still not working ... how i can resolves it , email is my official email and facing program now .kindly help .
