Enabling Auto-Responder via Web Admininstration

I've enabled web administration for a particular domain, but after logging in to meadmin with an Admin account I do not see any place to administer auto-replies for my users- which means I'd have to log into their individual webmail accounts to turn on auto-replies for them. Is this functionality something that needs to be turned on somewhere, or is it completely absent from web admin? I realize I can enable auto-replies from the management console on the server, but the idea is that the client needs access to manage their own users.
