How to access the Diagnostic Report.
Diagnostic Report by opening Start > Programs
> Mail Enable > System Tools >
Diagnostic Utility. This should open the browser and show a page outlining the system
To send this information to MailEnable Support, use the File menu of Internet Explorer, save this file and send it as an attachment to the support request.
It is also possible to access this report under the MailEnable Administration program > Monitoring > Diagnose branch.
