Session timeouts may occur when attempting to upload an attachment via MailEnable's web mail on Windows 2003
Note: This issue should only occur on Windows 2003 and the error may be reported with the additional information "Unable to load DLL".
The problem may occur if the IIS application pool configured for web sites does not
have access to the following file.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\IDE\IDE98\ASP.TLB
Ensim WEBppliance explicitly denies access to the abovementioned type library from the Application Pool that is configured to run web sites created via Ensim.
The solution is to modify the permissions on this file to ensure that the webppliance_siteadmins have read and execute permissions to this file.
