Error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3' when accessing the MEMail COM component.

CAUSE

This error indicates an invalid ProgID and means that the MEASP.DLL file has not been registered.

RESOLUTION

To fix this issue, either run regsvr32 on the file (MEASP.DLL) or add it to a COM+/MTS package.
