MailEnable Diagnostic Utility

This utility is designed to assist you in configuring MailEnable. It validates your configuration and assists you in configuring MailEnable services.

Service Not Installed

This warning indicates that one or more MailEnable Services have not been installed on your system.


The reasons for this follow:
  • You did not choose to install this feature when you installed MailEnable. (You can re-run the setup application to install this feature).
  • The feature is available in a version of MailEnable that you may not have installed. (Eg: You have installed MailEnable Standard and the feature is only available in MailEnable Professional or Enterprise Editions).


    • Additional Notes:
  • IMAP Service is only available/installed with Professional and Enterprise Edition.
  • HTTPMail Service is only available/installed with Professional and Enterprise Edition.
  • Management Service is only available/installed with Enterprise Edition.
