The File Viewer is used to browse files that other users have published from File Storage in webmail. It consists of two parts, the file list on the left-hand side and the image display area on the right.

Selecting Files

Selecting a filename on the file list will do one of two things:

1. If the file is an image, the image will be displayed on the image display area. It will be automatically resized to fit the web browser window.
2. If the file is not an image, a Click here to download item link will appear in the display area. Clicking this link will allow you to download the file.
