POP address timing out. only for 1 of my domains..??

I've got a few different domains with email working MailEnable Standard. suddenly, one of my domains is having trouble receiving email because the POP address is timing out. When I go into email settings in outlook and run test, everything passes. but then I go try and receive email and i can't even...

more info...

to add on, I just thought of something else. As mentioned, we have our local MS Exchange Server here on the domain that most everybody here uses. For the sake or our websites and the ability to have @sitedomain.com I installed MailEnable on the web server. Each email address that I setup on there fo...

hmmm...

I just now realized that the address it's showing with this particular error is mail.kennystile.com, which is our local MS Exchange Server, NOT my MailEnable installed on my web server. So, I need to figure out if the those are the majority of what's coming back...maybe it's not MailEnable that is m...

Problems with 550 errors. Relay problems...???

I'm having some issues with emails getting returned with the following error: There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. <mail.kennystile.com #5.5.0 smtp;550-MY_IP_ADDRESS blocked by ldap:ou=rblmx,dc=comcast,dc=net> In the rese...

something to add...

I went into the Email setup and clicked on the Test button and it worked fine for this domain. I got the test email in my account fine too. So I immediately clicked Send/Receive again, and again I got that error on the secondsgranite.com SMTP connection. But then I went ahead and created a new email...

Error 0x8004210E Another App Accessing application...???

I've been using MailEnable for about a year now and haven't had any troubles at all. I had 6 or 7 domains setup on this server, each with their own IP address. For some reason I'm getting the following error when trying to send mail from one of the domains I've recently added: Task 'secondsgranite.c...

Is there a way to forward when box is full?

First, where can I set the mailbox size for each person? Let's say I wanted to make a box full when it's reached 20 emails, and then if it's full, forward to a different email. I'd like to do this for all the emails under this domain. That way I can use info@domain.com on my web site and have that s...

Is there a way to forward based on criteria?

I currently have 4 emails setup under a domain: kennyshardwood.com. One of them is orders@kennyshardwood.com and the others are just firstname@kennyshardwood.com (sales reps.) What I would like to do is have my web site links all send to orders@kennyshardwood.com and then forward to a certain person...

SMTP isn't working but POP is just fine...???

I was using MailEnable 1.7 on my dedicated Win2003 server for about 3 weeks and everything was running perfectly fine. Today, my SMTP has suddenly stopped working. POP is still doing just fine, but SMTP isn't working at all. I've double checked all my settings on the server and on the client. The cl...

Newbie with problems connecting to POP and SMTP via client

I just got MailEnable installed onto my server and I've gotten a couple of emails setup. I've created the necessary MX record. At the moment, when I send an email to either of the accounts I created it does indeed show up under the management console under Inbox Messages. However, I cannot get it to...
