No, you don't get any of the Webmail options that way. You can check the box, and then select reply/forward/... but options like right click or grab and drag do not work.

Got it! It took a little but I finally found the problem. Make sure that all of your web sites are using the same version of asp.net. Also, if you want to link to if via another site using the port number you have to create a virtual directory in that site.
